Fees & Insurance

Melissa is licensed in Illinois, Colorado, and Florida to practice Counseling and accepts BCBS of IL and United Health Care for Counseling and Psychotherapy services. We do not participate in any other insurance plans or group insurance plans and Mediation is not covered by insurance.  Although we are Out-Of-Network providers for most other insurance plans, you can often obtain significant reimbursement for our services and will electronically process and submit your Out-Of-Network claims for you.

We will work with you to contact your insurance carrier to determine which services they will pay for and at what rate, so there are no surprises.

We do sometimes offer a sliding scale for services and are willing to work with you to determine a fee with which we are both comfortable. We never want finances to be a barrier to you getting the help you want or need. 

We accept payment in the form of credit cards and use the IvyPay app for processing all credit card payments.
